Students in school often invest significant time and resources preparing for college admission in premier institutions, without the necessary interest in the subject they wish to pursue. The above, in turn, leads to later academic struggles and dissatisfaction with one future profession. Many students lose precious time in course correction towards the right career. Students and parents should spend some time observing their child performance in class 9 and class 10 to understand their strengths and pursue the right group after class 10. It is important to make a choice that allows students to enjoy their journey and also become successful in that field of study.

Profile of Master Counsellor:

Mr. Balaraju Kondaveeti, Founder & CEO

Mr. Balaraju Kondaveeti completed his M.S. (Entrepreneurship) from IIT Madras. As part of his M.S. (Entrepreneurship), he founded a company in 2006. Mr. Balaraju holds 2 patents (granted) in the area of Internet Security. These patents were licensed to Lasersoft Infosystems, a Polaris Group company. Mr. Balaraju won the Best Student Plan Award in the Business Plan Conclave Organized by PAN IIT Global Conference 2008. Mr.Balaraju won the National Budding Innovator Award in 2009 from NRDC, a Government of India Enterprise. In 2009, he co-founded BodhBridge Educational Services (P) Limited, which was incubated at IIT Madras. Mr. Balaraju has been a consultant in two large projects at IIT Madras, namely, NPTEL and IITM BS Degree Program.
